As Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Justin oversees Asher Behavioral Health’s outpatient programs located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. From 2006 to 2016, Justin worked in several management roles from Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales. Through his professional career, Justin has strived to provide top-quality service. After witnessing the rise in overdoses in 2015, Justin felt compelled to help the community he grew up in, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. On January 1st, 2016, Justin founded Sobriety Solutions of Pennsylvania. In 2018, Justin helped acquire a second outpatient program, Sobriety Solutions of New Jersey. Since 2018, under Justin’s leadership, Asher Behavioral Health has grown to consist of 3 different outpatient behavioral health programs totaling 5 locations in all across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As the Chief Executive Officer, Justin is focused on expanding access, quality of care, and strategic planning. After 10 years in the making, Justin remains committed to providing quality treatment for the individuals and families impacted by the struggles of behavioral health.
